Tel Aviv Meatless As Deadlock over Slaughtering Holds

The local butcher shops remain closed, cattle remain un-slaughtered and the city is without meat, except poultry, owing to the continued deadlock over the erection of an abattoir, pending which slaughtering in the Tel Aviv area is prohibited.
