Rabbi Edward L. Israel, of the Har Sinai Temple, and Dr. David E. Weglein, Superintendent of Public Instruction, are two of five Baltimoreans who have been placed on a permanent committee for the Middle Atlantic area of the Religious Education Association. The committee, when completed, will number fifty persons.
This permanent committee is the outcome of the Middle Atlantic regional conference of the association held in Baltimore this week. A conference for the Baltimore district on the problem of delinquency is planned for May.
