In connection with the sensational arrest and imprisonment in Cassel of First Lieutenant Wendt, who tried to form anti-Semitic Hitler “cells” in the German Reichswehr, the “Frankfurter Zeitung” has learned that Wendt, together with two organizers of the counter-revolutionary “Putsch” of several years ago, Fichte and ex-Major Condee, formed in the Hesse district anti-Semitic peasant “cells,” from which was conducted most dangerous anti-Jewish propaganda.
