Adolph Lewisohn, philanthropist and financier, celebrated his eighty-first birthday yesterday by singing old German folk-songs, American hymns, and a French ballad with the girls of the Hebrew Technical School in celebration of the event. Today the alumni of the College of the City of New York will honor him in appreciation for the Lewisohn Stadium which he donated for outdoor athletics and concerts.

Mr. Lewisohn, who is also actively interested in child welfare, and especially in the Hebrew Sheltering Guardian Asylum at Pleasantville, New York, received a silver cup as a birthday present from the members of the Junior League.
