Mrs. Brin Named to Board of Education in Minnesota

Mrs. Arthur Brin of Minneapolis has been appointed by Governor Christianson of Minnesota as a member of the Board of the State Normal School. Mrs. Brin was formerly chairman of the Peace Committee of the National Council of Jewish Women and is now second vice-president of that organization.

Mrs. Brin was a classmate of the governor at the University of Minnesota, winning second prize in the Pillsbury oratorical contest when the governor won the first prize. She is the first woman in Minnesota to receive this honor.
