The second case within a week of the Palestine government’s refusal to permit a Jewish physician who came here as a tourist to remain as a permanent resident occurred today. A Yugo-Slavian physician who has a paid position and a capital of $2,500 has been refused a permit to remain. Earlier in the week a similar refusal was made to the request of a Hungarian Jewish physician who had been married during his stay here.
