It was the Jews who wrecked the Budapest-Ostende express at Biatorbagy (the funeral of the victims took place in Budapest to-day, with the Prime Minister, Count Julius Karolyi and the Minister of Justice, M. Zsitvay, representing the Government) is the latest allegation made by the Hungarian antisemites, who are distributing leaflets in which they assert that the Jews specially arranged the outrage for Rosh Hashanah when there would be no Jews travelling.

The police have confiscated large quantities of these leaflets and have arrested persons who were distributing them. The police headquarters have issued a statement warning persons who engage in circulating such rumours that they will be drastically dealt with.
