Dr. Selig Brodetsky and Mr. Emanuel Neumann, members of the Jewish Agency Executive, who arrived here a few days ago, lunched today with the High Commissioner, General Sir Arthur Wauchope, and it is understood that they discussed with him a number of important political questions. Further conversations will take place shortly, it is learned.
Mr. Emanuel Neumann is getting into touch with various bodies and individuals, preparing for the creation of his Economic Department.
Last night Dr. Brodetsky and Mr. Neumann were welcomed at an extraordinary session of the Palestine General Zionist Council held at Tel Aviv. Dr. Brodetsky and Mr. Neumann reported on political and other questions, and the Council urged on the members of the Executive that they should be in mutual contact, and promised them its support.
