Fourteen Jews of the twenty Jewish employes of the Rovno municipality were dismissed today, for reasons of economy.

At the same time 40 non-Jews of a total of 192 were dismissed.

The Jewish population is protesting against what it regards as discrimination inasmuch as 70 percent of the Jewish employes were cut, as compared with 20 percent for the non-Jews.
