Western Massachusetts Sets $10,000 Quota for Palestine

Western Massachusetts Zionists attending the annual conference at the Hotel Kimball here voted to adopt a quota of $10,000 to be raised for the American Palestine Campaign by the Jewish communities in this section of the country.

Appeals for support of the Jewish homeland in Palestine were made by Elihu D. Stone, President of the New England Zionist Region, Mrs. Archibald Silverman of Providence and Judge Jacob Asher of Worcester. Nathan E. Goldstein was named Chairman of the American Palestine Campaign for Western Mass. and Harry Ehrlich was elected Chairman for Springfield.
