The intention of the government to prohibit anti-Semitic Nationalist organizations which of late have developed in conjunction with the fierce anti-Jewish campaign in Greece was revealed today by open declarations in this direction from government members, led by Premier Tsaldaris and M. Dragoumis, Governor General of Macedonia. The declarations from the government also assailed anarchistic acts against the State and placed them in the same category with anti-Semitic movements.
The organization, Hellas, most fierce of all anti-Semitic groups, which was responsible for the fire in the Campbell Jewish quarter here in June 1931, is almost certain to be closed down by the government because it is undermining governmental authority and leading the country to anarchy, it was said today by states spokesmen.
