Government measures to force Jewish retailers to make their purchases from Aryan firms are strenuously advocated today in Die Wahrheit, Nazi anti-Semitic organ.
The Nazi paper complains bitterly that Jewish shops are no longer placing their orders with German industries and that this has led to a catastrophic decrease in many industries. An example is cited of a firm catering to Jewish shops that now employs two workers, where before the Nazi revolution the firm employed fifty workers.
Instead of acknowledging that as a result of the boycott intimidation, the Jewish retailers are simply unable to buy new goods, Die Wahrheit alleges that the Jews are boycotting German industries, and placing their orders with Jewish firms which are working overtime.
Die Wahrheit publishes a long list of Jewish shops which it claims are carrying on an anti-German boycott, demanding vigorous measures by the government to force the Jews to continue placing their pro-Hitlerite orders with the German industries. The paper argues that the government is entitled to make these demands of the Jews since the Jews object to being boycotted by Christians.
