Plans for conducting National Socialist propaganda among Germans living abroad were outlined at a German National Conference held here in the building of the former Prussian Parliament, in the presence of representatives of the various Ministries of the Prussian and Federal governments, and addressed by representatives of German groups living abroad.

“Every German, no matter in what country he lives, as long as he is of pure Aryan blood”, the speaker urged, “must promote the National Socialist ideal and assist the present German government by means of propaganda in his own country.”
