Emma Goldman, known to washington officialdom as “Red Emma,” will come to this city to lecture at the National Theatre on Sunday afternoon.Her topic will be “Living My Life,” The 64-year-old anarchist who is in this country for ninety days on special permission from the Department of Labor, comes to Washington at a time when much of the conservatism in government has been replaced by many of the liberal views which she preached years ago and which caused her to be deported.
