The House Committee on Rules will meet tomorrow and at this session the Dickstein resolution calling for a Congressional investigation of Nazi activities in the United States will receive final consideration, it was learned today.

Representative Samuel Dickstein, chairman of the Committee on Naturalization and Immigration, will appear before the committee to answer questions members of the rules committee may ask concerning the resolution. Dickstein will also make a statement before the committee on the need for immediate action on the proposal.

The Dickstein resolution has been before the rules committee for more than three weeks. During this period the committee has held several meetings on the proposal. Representative Dickstein was present at these sessions to discuss its many phases.

With approval recently given the resolution by the House Democratic steering committee, those interested in an investigation of Nazi propaganda activities are confident that the committee on rules will give it practically unanimous backing. With such support, passage in the house is virtually assured.
