They’re threatening to search the “Yellow Jack” audiences for contraband these nights. It seems that during the last two weeks an unidentified woman has come to see “Yellow Jack” about six times, and she carries a flashlight. During the backouts (there are about twenty of them) she turns her light on the stage and picks out unsuspecting stage hands.

“All my stage hands are suffering from stage fright,” says Jimmy Nielson, stage manager. “Unexpected spotlights are very disconcerting when you’re in your shirt sleeves and your hands full of scenery.”

For future audiences at “Yellow Jack” there will be no charge for checking flash-lights.
