The Institutional Synagogue celebrated its seventeenth anniversary with a dinner and dance at the Hotel Plaza, Fifth avenue and Fifty-ninth street, last night. Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein and former Congressman Isaac Siegel, president of the institution, were among the speakers.
