Aba Achimeier, Zionist Revisionist, who was yesterday acquitted of complicity in the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, and freed by the order of the court, was promptly rearrested again, it was learned today.

Achimeier is detained without bail on the charge that he is a leader of the Brith Habiryonim, secret revolutionary terrorist Revisionist organization. Attorney Horace Samuel, who is defending him, argued that Achimeier should be released on bail, since others held on the same charge had been released on bail of $125. It is thought that his argument may not prove successful as the police are determined to detain him.

The Brith Habiryonim members were arrested as the result of a wide roundup in Palestine on July 26, 1933. Some thirty were arrested and later released on bail.
