Johns Hopkins Gives Palestine Jew Degree

A large number of Jews received degrees at the commencement exercises of the Johns Hopkins University.

Among eleven students to be conferred with the degree of master of arts was Abraham Bergman, of Palestine. He attended the Oriental seminary. The title of his essay was “The History of Transjordan before the Iron Age.”
