Four Jews were awarded their bachelors degrees summa cum laude at the annual commencement exercises of Harvard University this morning. They were among sixteen receiving this distinction.

They are Meyer J. Abrams, Long Branch, N. J.; Edward A. Ackerman, Spokane, Wash.; Oscar H. Davis, Mt. Vernon, N. Y., and Robert Kaplan, Cambridge, Mass.

Of the four who were awarded degrees magna cum laude, two are Jews—Allan Ginsberg and Charles Tannenbaum.

Benjamin Alexander who was one of the two who received their medical degrees magna cum laude, and both cum laude degrees in dental medicine went to Jews—Louis Kroll and Nathan Leavitt.
