The cases of Benjamin Braverman, of 265 South Eighth street, and Irving Prizer, of 90 Moore street, both of Brooklyn, who were arrested by Inspector George Ringler, Department of Agriculture and Markets investigator, for selling both kosher and non-kosher meat, the latter unlabelled, will come up next week at the Gates Avenue Court, where more testimony will be heard. They were charged with the violation of section 439 A of the penal law.
