Reduce Jewish meetings and Jewish activities to a minimum and arrange gatherings only when absolutely necessary and then only after securing permission from the police, German Jews were warned today in an official communication issued by Berlin Jewish community officials.
The warning was issued, it was stated, after the secret German police had informed the Jewish community that of late Jews were no longer announcing their meetings, but meeting in private homes and picnic places.
The secret police are keeping a sharp watch on all Jewish organizations in Germany in order to restrain and control their activities. The Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned today.
