Dr. Chaim Weizmann, former president of the World Zionists Organization and at present head of the Zionist commission for the settlement of German Jewish refugees in Palestine, will settle permanently in Palestine in October, Observer, London daily, declared today. According to the paper, Dr. Weizmann goes to Palestine “not as a politician, but as a simple scientist at the Rechoboth agricultural station.”
