The Chicago division of the American Jewish Congress will hold a general meeting Tuesday night at the Standard Club here, it was announced today.
Speakers will be Professor Harold D. Laswell, associate professor of political science at Chicago University; Raymond Katz, artist and Rabbi Samuel M. Blumenfeld. Sigmund W. David will preside.
