Magistrate Jonah J. Goldstein yesterday adjourned the case of Isidore Fisch, owner of a novelty shop at 123 Ludlow street, accused of scratching labels from German-made goods by Sol Elton, officer of the Anti-Nazi Minute Men, until tomorrow, when a policeman’s testimony will determine whether the case will go to Special Sessions Court or be dismissed.

Both sides to the controversy agreed to abide by the officer’s testimony. Should he tell the court that after an inspection he saw only one unlabeled toy then the case will be dismissed, otherwise it will go to the higher court.
