An interesting case against Julius Streicher, notorious Jew-baiter of Nazi Germany, and his Danzig agent Bruno Schnarkovsky will come up in the Danzig court as a result of a libel suit brought here by a Jewish journalist, Sam Glicksman.

Glicksman bases his suit on a number of anti-Jewish articles which appeared in Der Stuermer, rabidly anti-Semitic publication issued by Streicher in Nuremberg and distributed by Schnarkovsky in Danzig. Schnarkovsky is a member of the Danzig police force.

The news that such a case has been lodged with the State’s Attorney of Danzig has provoked great interest not only among the Jewish population but among many non-Jews.
