participate in the elections of the Jewish Community. As a result of this change 11,000 electors who had not paid their religious tax have been deprived of their voting rights and only 3,000 were qualified and entitled to vote.

Today’s hearing in court is the third in the case. New elections to the Jewish Community Council have been postponed until the court renders a verdict.
