Activity against the Nazi party and its various subsidiary organizations will be punished by death as treason, it was disclosed today by Roland Freisler, state secretary for the Ministry of Justice.
Under Freisler’s plan, foreigners would also be liable to serious punishment for anti-Nazi activity. It is expected that the plan will be included in a forthcoming new penal code.
