A resolution calling for formation of a national youth division of the Jewish National Fund was adopted by more than 500 representatives of youth groups at a conference at the Hotel Pennsylvania, Rabbi Israel Goldstein, president of the J.N.F., declared that youth was neglecting its duty to Palestine.
