The Polish Cabinet today issued a decree authorizing vigorous retaliatory measures to ensure protection of Polish citizens and their property abroad.
It was indicated that the decree would be used in behalf of the Polish Jews in Germany, who have sent delegations to Warsaw complaining of discrimination in the Reich.
Newspapers, commenting upon issuance of the decree, expressed the hope that it would be applied to the case of the Polish Jews in Germany.
