Disorders occurred today in two cities as a result of attempts to segregate Jewish students into separate benches in classrooms.
In Warsaw, near-riots took place in the Agricultural High School and at the Veterinary College when efforts were made to impose a “Jim Crow” rule on Jewish students. The drive began to spread from the colleges to the secondary schools.
Jewish youths were beaten up at the Lodz Aryisan School after they had refused to sit in separate benches.
