Spectator, influential political and literary review, in an editorial today suggests as a possible solution to the Palestine difficulties temporary suspension of immigration pending the findings of a Royal Commission.

The magazine proposes immigration be halted after the present schedule is exhausted, but emphasizes that peace must be secured before such action is discussed.

The Daily Telegraph reports from Palestine that a “Black Legion” similar to the hooded band now under investigation in Detroit is threatening British residents.
