A conference of the Palestine Agudath Israel, orthodox Jewish organization, today adopted a resolution appealing to “the civilized world to assist the persecuted Jewish people and to prevent the robbery of the promised land.” The resolution voices regret at the lack of a united front among Jews and appeals to orthodox Jewry for funds.

The Tel Aviv Federation of Rabbis sent a memorandum to High Commissioner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope demanding radical measures to restore order.
