The Cairo correspondent of the Manchester Guardian, reporting on the army coup in Baghdad which unseated the Iraq government, said today the revolutionaries’ dissatisfaction with the Palestine settlement was partly responsible for the revolt.

Nuri Pasha as-Said, Iraq’s Foreign Minister, has been dropped from the Government because of opposition to his leading part as intermediary between the Palestine Government and the Arabs in settling the recent strike against the Jews and the authorities, the correspondent said.
