The possibility that young Archduke Otto may mount the throne of Austria in a Hapsburg restoration will be discussed between Premier Benito Mussolini and Regent Nicolas Horthy of Hungary during the latter’s visit to Rome, it was reported here today, according to the Havas News Agency.
