The Royal Commission investigating six months of Arab terrorism left this afternoon on a five-day tour of recent trouble centers. Included in the commission’s itinerary are Nablus, hotbed of the Arab Nationalist movement, Affuleh, Kadoorie, Mt. Tabor and Tiberias.

This morning the commission resumed secret hearings, listening to testimony by Immigration Director Eric Mills, who was the chief witness at yesterday’s open session.

The next public meeting of the commission is scheduled for Nov. 24. Government officials will testify on the administration’s land development policy.
