“ROTARY IS DEFINITELY NOT ANTI-SEMITIC,” W. J. CAIRNS, FORMER CANADIAN PRESIDENT OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL, TOLD THE JEWISH TELEGRAPHIC AGENCY, REFERRING TO THE BARRING OF MEMBERS OF THE NAZI PARTY IN GERMANY FROM MEMBERSHIP IN THE ORGANIZATION.

“ONE OF OUR OBJECTIVES IS THE CREATION OF A BETTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN BUSINESS MEN, IRRESPECTIVE OF CREED OR RELIGION,” MR. CAIRNS SAID.
