THE RUMANIAN CONSTITUTION PROVIDES THAT MEMBERS OF THE CHAMBER OR SENATE ELECTED TEN TIMES MAY BECOME SENATORS FOR LIFE WITH THE HIGH COURT’S APPROVAL.
