An anti-Jewish campaign in Rebel-held Spanish Morocco has practically ceased, according to reports reaching here, since Jewish merchants, under an official order, began selling only German and Italian goods. The order resulted in a marked improvement of relations between Jewish merchants and foreign commercial representatives, who hitherto led propaganda for race theories. Also, there is no more attacking of Jews in excitement provoked among natives by the success of General Issimo Francisco Franco’s armies.
