American Legion Asks Iq-year Immigration Ban

The American Legion’s twentieth national convention asked the closing of all immigration quotation for ten years. the convention approved in full the report of its national Americanism Committee favoring a reduction of at least 90 percent in immigration quotas and opposing any kind of asylum bill which would make the united States a “dumping ground” for political, class and racial refugees.
