Polish Federation Sends $2,000 for Zbonszyn Refugees

An urgent cabled appeal for immediate help to save the refugees recently deported from Germany who now live in temporary barracks at Zbonszyn, on the Polish border, has been received from Warsaw by the Federation of Polish Jews in America, signed by Professor Moses Schorr, Raphael Szereszewski, A. Wawelberg and Dr. Emil Sommerstein. Z. Tygel, executive director of the Federation, announced that his organization was cabling $2,000 to Warsaw in response to the appeal.
