Cementing on the return to England of Unity Free man-Mitford, anti-Semitic sister in-law of Fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley and admirer of Chancellor Hitler, the Daily Mirror columnist Cassandra declared today

“This wretched girl chose to endorse anti-Semitic bestialities inseparable from the revolting Streicher. She also arranged to be photoed in his loathsome presence and then wrote to Der Stuermer expressing personal hatred of the Jews.” Cassandra concluded: “Let ‘s hear no more of her because of her vile pals and villainous friends of the Wilhelmstrasse.”
