Polish official circles reported today that telegraphic communication has been opened between Lithuania and any part of Nazi-occupied Poland. All telegrams must be written in German, Russian or Polish.
It was officially announced at the same time that long distance telephone connections have been resumed between Wilno, Lithuania, and the Nazi-occupied Suwalki, Czechanow, Upper Silesia, Danzig and Posen regions.
