Prof. Leon Roth has been elected rector of the Hebrew University for the next two years. Dr. Roth, who is 44, has occupied the Achad Haam chair of philosophy since 1928. He is a native of London and a graduate of Oxford University. He served for several years as lecturer in philosophy at Manchester University.
