Eleanor Roosevelt was elected a member of the trustee board of the Julius Rosenwald Fund at the annual meeting yesterday. Other trustees named were Mrs. David M. Levy of New York City, daughter of the late Julius Rosenwald, and Leonard Rieser, Chicago attorney.
