Terming the article on Jews by Judge Jerome Frank in this week’s issue of the Saturday Evening Post as “treasonable to the Jewish people,” Dr. Stephen S. Wise today declared that he will take issue with its contents in his forthcoming Sunday sermon to be delivered at Carnegie Hall.
“The article is simply inexcusable,” Rabbi Wise said. He denied reports that he intends to lodge a complaint against Judge Frank with the Chief Justice of the United States Court.
