The decision by the British Government to form Jewish infantry battalions in Palestine was scored last night as insufficient in addresses by Reps. Samuel Dickstein and Walter Lynch of New York, speaking at a rally of the Committee for a Jewish Army at the Hotel St. Moritz. Both congressmen emphasized that the situation in the Middle East necessitated the formation of a Jewish Army of at least 100,000 men.
