Travelling by Jews in Rumania has been further restricted as a result of the restlessness prevailing in the country since the present successful offensive of the Russian army began.

The Bucharest radio today reported that Jews holding travel permits will have to submit them to the authorities for revision in connection with the new travel regulations for the Jewish population. At the same time the broadcast warned that severe punishment will be imposed upon Rumanian business firms which do not comply with the labor regulations concerning the employment of Jews.
