On the occasion of the first anniversary of the establishment of the Buenos Aires office of the Joint Distribution Committee, the JDC representative there, Jacob Lightman, today outlined its accomplishments.
Expressing appreciation for the cooperation of the Latin American Jewish communities, Lightman said that the JDC now works with 30 local committees in various South American countries.
