Palestine Schools Urged to Introduce Study of Esperanto, Cited As Aid to World Peace

An appeal to Palestine educational institutions to introduce the study of Esperanto, the international language, in the secondary schools and colleges of the country was voiced here in a resolution adopted at the seventh conference of the Palestine Esperanto League. The resolution pointed to the urgent need for a neutral language which could “foster cooperation among nations” and said that Esperanto was suitable.
